~Ken Marshall taking about no follow through after the CTAC meetings

~Lack of motivation on training – attendance.

~More emphasis on notification to attend at warden’s meeting.

~Updated trainer information.

~Ken Marshall mandatory board meeting.

- Corrections material on the warden’s webpage.

- CPR and First Aid instructor training

- Juvenile officers to attend CTAC meetings

- NIC classes that the trainer’s would like to attend.

Training

N. Klementowicz – Bringing back credible training and joint training, location of CTAC meetings and agenda’s, bi-laws – juvenile officers

K. Marshall – Lay out agenda inclusive of training and regular meeting. (i.e. Giving people a reason to come). Increase attendance at meetings better to each individual agency head for representative to attend monthly meeting. Bring credible training to C-TAC meetings. Certificates rocker/pin for CTAC members.

 

J. Ent – Suggested lunch provided for CTAC meetings.

K. Marshall – CTAC to provide cell block management course for trainers.

 

 

 

K. Marshall – Use of force update class – updating videos – making new video’s exclusive to county departments.

 

K. Marshall – Suggestions on training to include: Pro-straint chair, protective equipment, use of force. Schedule date for training to include special ops.

K. Marshall – Put on floor suggestions for board members.

 

N. Klementowicz – Meeting dates also sent for entire year. First week of each month on Wednesday.
