Chairman Marshall opened the meeting by welcoming the representatives from Atlantic County as they had just recently started to attend the monthly C-TAC meetings after a lengthy absence.

Several members present questioned why their names were omitted from the report that was submitted to the PTC along with the project. Members stated that they had been confronted by their respective supervisors who questioned their lack of involvement in the project. Chairman Marshall stated that a revised list of all C-Tac members who contributed to the project would be submitted to Warden Cicchi.

Ofc. Magill wanted to know if all the Wardens had been advised that C-TAC members were supposed to attend the annual training conference in Cape May. Chairman Marshall advised that Ofc. Walker would be speaking with Dir. Wagner in reference to this issue. Chairman Marshall also stated that the final discussion on who would attend the conference would be up to each individual Warden.

Chairman Marshall stated that he was still looking for more counties to send staff to the monthly C-TAC meetings. Chairman Marshall stated that he has sent numerous requests out to all of the counties and yet only the same few counties show up and participate. Additional requests will be sent out looking for participation from each county at the monthly meetings.
